BE AN ASCEND MENTOR - If you've years of supervisory experience with wide and in-depth exposure of different industries, do join in this programme as a mentor. This is not your conventional mentorship programme as we try to remove “barriers” that hinder mentors and mentees from coming together, such as prefixed one-to-one guidance, inflexible long commitment or rigid target setting.

ASCEND introduces the "FUN" element to mentorship as we believe in growing relationships "organically" as the first step to building a trusted community. Through creating a safe space for like-minded individuals to come together and form lasting relationships, we trust individuals to bring out the best in each other.

 - Monthly workshops, discussions & networking opportunities
 - Exclusive food & music invites, fun games & social events
 - Kickstarting your own team projects (Interest Groups, Local/Overseas Excursions, Volunteering)
 - Make friends and build lasting relationships!

THINGS TO NOTE:
 - Monthly activities will likely be held on Saturdays
 - An e-certificate of participation will be presented to each ASCEND Mentee
 - This is a 6-month recurring programme and mentees can join in anytime, however waiting list may apply if demand is high
