You are warmly invited to participate in our Religious Education Program. We will begin this school year virtually. Our community of faith seeks to support you in forming the gift of faith in your children, received at their baptism. Classes this year will not be taking place at their usual time after the 10:30 am Mass. We plan on working with the families in each class to find a time that works best.

Please complete this 2020-2021 Registration and Pledge Form (one form per family). We are waiving the usual set registration fee of $125 and are instead asking for a free-will donation - this can be done by check or online using Faith Direct.

Important Notes:
□ A recent Certificate of Baptism (within six months) is required for new students and those in sacramental preparation classes who were not baptized at St. Joseph’s. This can be obtained by contacting the church where your child was baptized.
□ If your family is not already registered at our parish, we ask that you complete a Parish Registration Form, available online or through the Parish Office, before registering. You may also obtain a Transfer Letter from your previous parish.
