Fill out this form to provide us with your information and general availability. Lunch preferences MUST BE SUBMITTED BY August 17th. If individual lunch preferences are not received by August 17th you will not receive a lunch from The Clagett.

After completing the form you will get an email from Sara to schedule your shifts.
We encourage you to volunteer for more than one assignment during your available hours.

Remember volunteer times are flexible and weather dependent. The busiest times for on land volunteers are the the morning, afternoon and evening during socials.

We are thrilled when volunteers want to wear Clagett branded items! We are happy to share these items with our volunteers, and the more you volunteer the more we can give to you! General guidelines are below:

1 - 2 days: Volunteer will receive a Clagett Regatta hat.

3 - 4 days: Volunteer will receive a Clagett Regatta hat and shirt.

5+ days: Volunteer will receive a Clagett Regatta hat, shirt and bag.

All volunteer activities will follow CDC, state and local COVID-19 guidelines.
