By submitting your film, you agree to allow BIFF to screen your film and to the conditions set forth at https://biff1.com/youth

Video files must be of projection quality and must be submitted through an online video-sharing platform including Vimeo, YouTube, etc. Please DO NOT send films from personal storage like iCloud or Google Drive.
