Please register here for the DUBLIN GASTRONOMY SYMPOSIUM 2020: Food and Disruption - What Will We Eat Tomorrow?

The DGS 2020 will be held as a virtual conference between 25-29 May 2020. Find the full programme on the event website: https://arrow.tudublin.ie/dgs/

Registration is free, but to attend the live sessions, you must be registered in order to receive the log-in link to the session. The sessions are open to 150 persons at a time - first come, first serve.

The links to the sessions will be emailed out every morning (around 11am Dublin time) during the week of the conference from dgs.submissions [at] gmail. com.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AT 10am OF THE DAY TO RECEIVE THE MAILING. One registration is enough for the whole week. If you have registered and not received a mail, please check your spam/junk folder, or drop us a mail at the above address.

We are looking forward to virtually meet you!

My idea(s) for the theme for the Dublin Gastronomy Symposium 2022:
Would you like to be included on the mailing list for the next Dublin Gastronomy Symposium? (We send only DGS-related emails, starting with a Call For Papers in Summer 2021.)
Questions/Comments
FAQs
1. How do the sessions work? How do I log in?

You will be send a log-in link to the day's live thematic sessions each morning of the event, along with a detailed description of how to log in and get set up. We recommend to use Google Chrome or Firefox as browsers. The live sessions are web-based and you do not need any special software. A microphone and headphones will be useful.

2. How can I be sure what time "Dublin time" is in my time zone?

This handy free online tool can help: www.worldtimebuddy.com

3. Do I need to register every day?

No, it is enough to register once, and you will be sent the links every morning around 11am Dublin time during the days of the event, 25-29 May 2020. You need to be registered by 10am Dublin time on the day of the session to receive this email.

4. I missed a session. Will the sessions be available to view afterwards?

Yes, we plan to record the sessions and make them available on the DGS website afterwards (however this may take at least 24 hours).

5. I registered but have not received an email.

Make sure that the emails from dgs.submission [at] gmail [dot] com do not land in your spam folder. Make sure your email has been spelled right. You can try to register again. We will update our mailing list every morning at 10am.

6. I really miss the dinners and pub sessions and social aspects of the Dublin Gastronomy Symposium!
