Shop Small Ish Business Application
PLEASE READ FIRST: This application is to request being added to a small business directory at shopsmallish.com. You and/or your shipping operation must be based in the US and have an online store that ships nationwide to be considered for this list. This list is for retail stores only, not services or fundraisers. Please do not submit otherwise. I am managing this independently and need to limit it for the sake of simplicity. It is also strongly preferred that the business owner is the one filling out this form, so I can be sure to get the most accurate information. Thank you for understanding.

This can be a post on your business social media or website. Part of our mission is to direct financial support to companies committed to bettering the world around them, and since racism has proven to be a current and prevalent issue in the US, it is important that all the businesses we list have spoken up publicly on this matter.
