This form is for FBCN volunteers to sign-up to assist alongside the St. Matthew's House Food Distribution Ministry in 2022. We will re-evaluate the need to continue at the end of each month.

DISTRIBUTION TIME: 10:00-11:30a

SHIFT TIMES:
9:30a-12:00p – Food Distribution Team (loading food in cars, breaking down boxes, and cleaning up; standing, walking, lifting)
9:00a-12:00p – Parking Team (help direct cars in the parking lot) - early arrival
9:30a-12:00p – Prayer Team (praying with people as they arrive)

You may use the SAME email for other volunteers in your household. However, please register each volunteer SEPARATELY.
