Please note that due to Deer Creek Lodge licenses, we cannot accept vendors who sell food and/or beverages.

If you are accepted as an Ice & Fire Con vendor we will forward a copy of those terms and conditions to you for you to sign. Please note that you will not have an officially reserved vendor table until you have signed our terms and conditions and paid in full.
