How It Works
- You decide to enter one or more of our awesome events.
- You Complete and Submit this entry form.
- We will send you an invoice for any fee due.
(If there is no fee or the fee is optional, we will simply process your entry)
- You pay the entry fee with the correct reference. "SARL" + the team leader's email address e.g. (SARLjoe@gmail.com).
- Once we have processed your entry, you will receive an email confirming your entry into the event/s as well as a copy of the rules.
- You will also receive a link to register your bot (this only has to be done once for each bot). Registration does not cost anything. Please note that any bot that is not registered by the entry cut off date will be disqualified from the event.
NB! Please note that you will be required to pay any outstanding entry or rental fee within 24 hours of submitting the entry form. Failure to pay the fee within these 24 hours will require that you fill out a new entry form. When paying the entry fee please set the reference as "SARL" + the team leader's email address e.g. (SARLjoe@gmail.com).
Each entry is free
Each rental Bot costs R100.00 per tournament and you are guaranteed at least 2 fights.
There is a 25% discount for teams where at lease 50% of the team members including the driver are under the age of 19 (born on or after 11 November 2004).
