The Founders Coaching Pause (FCP) is a bi-annual 3-day program designed for top post-Series A founders in Southeast Asia to pause, reflect and prepare themselves to scale their team and company. It aims to scale the leader so they can scale the organization.

In partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), we would like to provide founders with financial assistance to attend FCP so that they can bring meaningful insights and frameworks back to their business to expand their impact. Together with AWS, we will be selecting 3 founders and the cost of the program will be fully sponsored by AWS.

Criteria for applicant:
1) A founder/co-founder of a tech startup
2) Currently in Series A or later
3) A team of 30 or more full-time staff
4) 21 years old and above
