Complete this form to register for log-in credentials to access DAAconnect, the Denver Afterschool Alliance's management information system that is the data source for the Youth Program Locator. 

The Youth Program Locator is a public-facing website for families and caregivers to learn about youth programs and family services currently available.

NOTE: This registration form does not automatically list your organization on the Youth Program Locator! Once approved (may take up to 2 business days), you will receive log-in credentials for DAAconnect, and be required to create an organization profile. When your profile set-up is complete in DAAconnect, your listing will appear on the Youth Program Locator.
