Retirement Celebration for Reid Morgan

Please join us for a retirement party honoring Senior Vice President and General Counsel Reid Morgan (’75, JD ’79) on Tuesday, May 14, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Manchester Plaza.

Remarks will begin at 4 p.m.

Morgan served as vice president and general counsel for Wake Forest University from 2000 until he retired in June 2023. He continued as secretary of the Board of Trustees through the 2023-24 academic year. Morgan joined Wake Forest staff in 1980, and across 44 years, he has served in the administrations of four University presidents. In 2023, Morgan was awarded the Medallion of Merit, Wake Forest’s highest honor for service to the University.
