Thank you for taking the time to submit an event proposal for our Spring Weekend 2023 program! This year, Spring Weekend will be held from April 20 to April 22, 2023.

This form is due no later than Friday, February 17th. You will receive an email to schedule a meeting with a professional staff member from Student Activities - Major Events and Programs following the submission of this form.

Along with completion of this form, student organizations that are interested in participating in this year's Spring Weekend program MUST attend a 'SW How To' meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the goals of Spring Weekend, to review the steps in the event planning process, and to walk through this form/ address any questions related to this event proposal form. To add your student organization to the meeting invite, please email: eric.bouchard@uconn.edu.

SW How To Meetings will be held on the following dates:
- Tuesday, January 31st @ 3pm in SU 324
- Thursday, February 9th @ 3pm in SU 324
- Tuesday, February 14th @ 3pm in SU 324
