The Advantage Program - Boy's Youth Referral Form
The Advantage Program is a youth mentorship program geared to expose young men aged 7-17 to life’s many opportunities. Mentors and mentees meet weekly on Saturdays. During these sessions the curriculum for our mentorship program includes entrepreneurship, financial literacy, civil engagement, culinary arts, athletics, business principles, etc. Tutoring & homework help services are also available for mentees as we aim to provide academic support to our mentees in ensuring we do not have anyone receiving failing grades.

Our three main goals are to:
1. Expose the youth to life outside of York as well as the many opportunities in York.
2. Provide mentors that can pour into the youth enrolled in our mentorship program on a consistent basis.
3. Help our youth develop a post-secondary sustainable plan.
