E-transfers must be sent to programming@smithersart.org. 
To pay with credit, debit, cash or cheque please stop by the gallery by the next business day. 
All payments must be made to the Smithers Art Gallery - please DO NOT pay instructor upon arrival. 
We do not process payments over the phone. 

*Payment must be received through e-transfer immediately (or in person by the next business day). Class spots will be filled in order of payment received. No spots can be held without payment.*

Cancellation Policy *

Applies to ProD Day, After-school Workshops, Spring Break & Summer Camps,  Adult classes and workshops, and Teen classes. 

Cancellation requests received by email within 48 hours prior to the start of the first class will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee.

Cancellations after this time are subject to the $20 administration fee and the cost of any classes taken. We do not issue refunds after the second class.
