General Information
All vendors must sell handmade items ONLY.  No direct sales or MLM products. Items sold for a fundraiser for a nonprofit organization will be considered on a case by case basis.  No food unless you are a legitimate business and operating legally.  We will also accept art, including caricature or other art created at the show.

Application
This form will serve as your application for the craft show.  We will hold your place for up to 7 days while awaiting payment.  If you submit an application and payment for items that are not handmade, your payment will be returned and your application will be denied.  You can submit a link to your Facebook page, Etsy shop, or email photos to info@gtcps.org for consideration.  Tables are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Table Space
Spaces are 8 feet wide and approximately 6 feet deep.  We can not guarantee a specific space, but we will make an effort to honor requests.  We will let you know of your location during set up.  Tables can be rented for an additional $5 for the day. 

Equipment
Vendors are responsible for a table and any equipment needed.  Limited spaces with electric are available.  We require vendors to use heavy duty extension cords and power strips with an on/off switch.  No cords may extend outside of your area and must be secured to prevent accidents.

Payment
Table fees are $15 per space.  Bring your own table  or rent one for the day for $5 additional fee.  Vendors are also required to donate one item ($10-15 value) for a raffle.  The donated item can given to the event coordinator during check in.

Deadline
We will accept applications until December 3 or until full. We will have a waiting list if the spaces sell out.
