SpringHill Winter Retreat 2020 Registration
Registration is NOW OPEN for Spring Hill 2020 and we only have a limit number of tickets.  Spring Hill will be January 31st -February 2nd.  First Payment of $100 due by DECEMBER 8th but please know that your REGISTRATION ISN'T COMPLETE WITHOUT THIS FORM AND MONEY TURNED IN SO DON'T WAIT. The remaining balance of $100 is due January 27th.  Please don't be late with your payments.  

ALL PAYMENT MUST BE IN AN ENVELOPE AND MARKED WITH THE STUDENTS NAME. PAYMENT WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED WITHOUT BEING PROPERLY MARKED.

A discount of $5 off Spring Hill for each Youth Group attended in January. Attend all 4 Youth Groups and receive an additional $10 off.
