Email Systems Audit Form
Welcome to your email systems audit. Please take a moment to complete the following form so that I can hit the ground running on our planned audit day. There is the chance that we will encounter some authentication hiccups so please bear with me should access to your accounts be delayed slightly.

System audits are $350 USD and payable via PayPal.
Add on: $40 USD authentication services payable via PayPal.
All services are required to be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.
Once you've completed this form, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours that will include your invoice, the option to choose your audit delivery date, any additional audit instructions and your contract. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this time frame.
A maximum of 5 active sequences will be included in the audit. If you are using Klaviyo, most active Flows will be audited unless otherwise specified.
Please note we are booking audits into late May, early June currently.
