Winery/Meadery Registration - Enchantment Beer, Wine & Spirits Festival

Event Time: 12PM - 5PM (VIP entry at 12PM, GA at 1PM -- Last Call at 4:45PM)

Load In: 8AM - 11:00AM (complete set up by 11:15AM)

Receive:
- 10' x 10' booth space on site
- Winery/Meadery listed with link on festival website
- Each winery/meadery will be highlighted on the Festival Instagram page as a 'featured winery/meadery' leading up to the event
- Media assets to promote your winery/meadery at the festival (social media copy, flyers, etc.)
- Ice throughout event

Wineries/Meaderies will provide:
- (8) cases of wine (96 bottles), a mix of varietals (including both red and white). (4) cases of mead (48 bottles), a variety of flavors for sampling. Please note that this volume requirement may increase or decrease pending registration numbers and amount of alcohol vendors in attendance. We will finalize a few weeks prior to the event.
- Containers to keep wine/mead bottles chilled
- Tent, tables, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up)
- Personnel to serve and educate during the event

*NOTE - all tents and display items must be secured and weighted down by YOUR staff. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS PERMITTED.

Each participating winery/meadery will be notified 3 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 23, 2022.
Late registrations may be considered, pending available space.
