We are quickly nearing the end of the second marking period of the school year. In order to efficiently plan for marking period three, we need to know which students will be transitioning between the Traditional and Bridge learning models. If your child will be coming back to the Traditional Model or moving to the Bridge/Hybrid Model, we ask that you complete the form below. You only need to complete this electronic form if your child is switching between learning models for marking period three.

We also ask that all students returning to the Traditional Model from the Bridge Model complete the acknowledgment of the Department of Health procedures in regards to wearing a face-covering in school.

Please submit these electronic form(s) to the high school office by January 15th, 2021. Students who switch would start their new learning model on Tuesday, January 26th, 2021.

My child will attend the Hybrid/Bridge model. Students choosing this model will be able to return to the traditional model at the beginning of the next quarter if they so desire. Specific considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis and approved through the building principal.
