Welcome to our Meditation Group! To help tailor our sessions to best suit your needs and enhance your experience, please take a moment to fill out this brief form. The class will be held on Wednesdays at 6 pm at our studio starting March 27th. Chairs and cushions (some available with backs) are available for the class. Your comfort is important.
