In order to serve in one of the children’s ministries, we conduct extensive background checks, including criminal and child abuse clearances. In addition, we conduct an in-person interview to ensure the applicant is "the right fit" to be entrusted with our precious youth. This supplemental questionnaire is designed to help us in the process.
