PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

 To apply for financial assistance for any of Bird Conservancy of the Rockies Bird Camps, you must complete and submit this form BEFORE REGISTERING ONLINE. Once submitted, we will contact you within two weeks regarding the status of your application.

 If approved, a COUPON CODE for the scholarship percentage awarded will be emailed to you, which you must utilize during the checkout of your online registration.

  Please note that proof of household income via a previous year tax return and/or recent pay stub(s) must be provided if requested by Bird Conservancy of the Rockies in order for assistance to be granted.

 Please note that we require completion of a separate online application form for each child (please complete only one application per child).

 Financial assistance may NOT be applied to previously purchased camp fees -- all paid fees are considered final and subject to our cancellation policy.

 Scholarship funds cannot be applied towards cancellation fees.

 The following application must be filled out in its entirety to be considered.

 The scholarship application deadline for overnight camps is May 1st.

 The scholarship application deadline for day camps is July 1st.  

The funds for our scholarships come primarily from donations to Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, Adams County Open Space, and the Brighton Legacy Foundation. Half, and partial scholarships are available and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until funds are depleted. Applicants that demonstrate need will be given priority.
