We are creating Social Stories for all pupils to support their understanding of the transition in to new classes in September. We thought it would be useful for them to have photographs or names of their friends in their new classes as they have missed out on the usual transition process. Please complete the form below to give permission for the young persons photo and name to be included. For those students involved in the project, we hope to have Social Stories sent home before the end of the Summer term.
