In addition to Peer Reviewers on the finalists' essays, we are also seeking an external (non-board) reviewer for the Selection Committee. The Selection Comittee reads all (anonymized) submissions and chooses the finalists to be advanced to Peer Reviewers. After peer reviews have been received, the Selection Committee then chooses the winning essay based on those peer reviews.
