Please keep in mind to complete a custom design it takes longer than if you were going to go buy a prebuilt wrap. Each design requires a significant amount of time and investment from our design crew. During our busy season (Aug--Feb) the typical wait time for a design might be anywhere from 1-4 weeks for a final shipped product.

Your design is created in software that breaks down your machine into a 2D view. We can't guarantee that all pieces of the design will line up perfectly once the wrap pieces are applied to a 3D object, but we do keep this in mind while designing and try to accommodate those sections that might be a problem area.

Proofs come to you in a digital format which means you're going to be viewing your colors in RGB. That means that the colors are going to be 10 times brighter on a computer screen or phone screen than the actual print colors in CMYK. Colors can also be viewed differently from screen to screen so what we see could be different from what you see. We are absolutely happy to send you printed color samples of your wrap before we print the final project for free, so please make sure to ask for those if you are worried about color. Chromes and glitters can also change the colors tint slightly from the final print color. Once your final proof is approved by you, we are no longer responsible for reprints if you aren't happy with the colors.

We warranty our decals up to 6 months for normal wear and tear. Eating dirt with your machine unfortunately will not count as a warranty issue but we will be happy to get you set up with replacements when needed.
