Avon Lake Band Absence Form

This form must be filled out for ALL absences from any outside of school band/guard event. This includes practices, performances, football games, sectionals, leadership team meetings, etc.

Things that WILL NOT be accepted for absences:
- Emails to directors
- Calls to the band office
- Texts/messages to section leaders
- In-person mentions of absences
- Paper forms

Unexcused absences will result in disciplinary action. WORK is an unexcused absence.
