Full Time of Rental *
Please include ALL setup and take down time, as well as any reception time afterwards.  Ex: 4:00-6:00 PM. You may not start your event until at least 15 mins AFTER the beginning of your rental time. You will not be allowed into the building to set up until exactly the time you list here.
Time of Actual Event *
Your event time MAY NOT be the same as the beginning of your rental time listed above. If you have setup that needs to be done prior to your guests arriving, please plan for a minimum of 30 mins to set up.
The piano on stage and the chairs will be preset for you.

Which piano do you want set up on the stage? *
You now have the choice of piano for your event, based on your recital/recording type.
If you change your mind after your submit your form, PLEASE inform us at recitalhall@hammerandstrings.com. Changing the pianos requires man-power and time, and we don't want that to cut into your event!
2nd piano? *
A 2nd piano can be set up side by side or tail to tail for piano concertos or 4 handed pieces. $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy *
Renter may cancel for a full refund until 72 hours before the event. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a 50% refund.
 Total Hours and Total Payment *
i.e.  1.5 hrs =$135,  2 hrs = $170, 2.5 hrs= $205,  etc.  PLUS $35 if using 2nd piano, or your recital takes place in April, May or December. You will be emailed an invoice that you can pay using any card. An invoice for the correct amount will be emailed to the address you provided above.

I understand that my reservation is not complete until both this form and the payment have been submitted to H&S. I also understand that if I go over my rental time (before or after) I will be billed for the extra time. I am aware of the $35 cleaning fee that can be applied for excessive messes left after a recital.
