This form is for FBCN volunteers to sign-up to assist alongside with St. Matthew's House Food Distribution Ministry on Thursdays in October.
9:30a-12:00p - Food distribution team (loading food in cars, breaking down boxes, and cleaning up; standing, walking, lifting)
8:30a-12:00p - Parking Team (help direct cars in the parking lot)
8:30a-12:00p - Prayer Team (praying with people as they arrive)

You may use the SAME email for others in your household that you are registering for. But please register each person SEPARATELY.
If there are NO LONGER any shifts available on a date, then we are full for that day. Do NOT submit a registration without being able to choose a shift/date.
