The Welcome Fund has been created to help displaced Ukrainian families and individuals living in Greater Lincolnshire, to feel welcomed and integrated into their new surroundings. The grant will be based on the individual’s need or requirement personal to them. However, funding is limited, and each application is reviewed on its own merits.
Applications are restricted to to those individuals/families who have not previously received support from the fund.
Applicants must:Ensure that they have read and understood the
guidelines;
- Grants will only be issued to Ukrainian refugees who arrived in Lincolnshire after 24 February 2022.
- Grants will only be issued to Ukrainians residing in Greater Lincolnshire with a Homes for Ukraine visa.
- Recognize that this funding is for an essential item/s only, no cash payments will be made.
Definitions:
- Individual: Of/or for a particular person.
- Family Unit: One or more adults and children, if any, related by blood, marriage, or adoption and residing in the same household.
The panel will meet bi-weekly to review applications.
