Because we are starting in April this year, there is only ONE level of membership. 
All players who MAKE the amounts below, will receive an award at kickoff night.

K-2:  1,500 MAKES
3rd-5th Grade:  5,000 MAKES 
6th-8th Grade:   10,000 MAKES

August Check-in:  record APRIL + MAY + JUNE + JULY + AUGUST makes (total for all 5 months)
Reminder...
You should be filling out your Shot Club form each day you shoot.  And, a 5-minute dribbling warm-up is required each shooting day in order for that day's makes to count.

In order to receive credit for your shots, your completed form must be emailed or shared with Nick Maciejewski (boys) by Sept 6th.
