  • The Subscription plan once opted by the user cannot be refunded but can be transferable within the serviceable network
  • The Subscription plan can comfort the user only with two static delivery addresses that can be utilized for receiving the meal box and any changes more than that will not be entertained.
  •  Maximum of  3 skips in a monthly plan is allowed, more than 3 will be counted as meals taken by the customer
  • Cancellation policy - The user should inform the service provider a week prior to cancel his or her plan.
  • By the purchase of the subscription plan the user shall agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate and the user accepts responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
  •  The Renewal notification will be sent to the respective subscriber a week in advance to make the execution smoother. Delayed payments or unresponsive behavior is not appreciable and shall be subjected to stop the service immediately.
