CACHE Organization Membership Application

CACHE IN MEDFORD, INC. - MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION 2023

Membership in CACHE is open to organizations which are dedicated to presenting and preserving arts, culture, history or education and which are located in or provide the majority of their services in Medford. 

Your application will be reviewed by the CACHE Board. If your group is accepted, you will be asked to send a membership fee. Annual Membership Dues are $35.00.  Membership runs for the calendar year (January 1-December 31).

All memberships are subject to approval by CACHE’s Board of Directors. Board meetings occur monthly and are open to members in good standing. Members may participate in discussions but shall not be permitted to make motions or vote. Each member shall have one vote at CACHE’s annual meeting, in the election of the Board of Directors and Officers of CACHE, and in such other matters on which members shall be entitled to vote. The Primary Representative and the Secondary Representative (if any) designated above shall be the person(s) authorized to vote on behalf of the member.  The Primary Representative shall be the person to whom all correspondence, such as meeting notices, newsletters, dues invoices, nomination forms, etc., will be sent unless the member requests otherwise in writing.
