Haftung: Die Teilnahme am Kajak Graz Freestyle 2023 ist mit gewissen und ungewissen  Gefahren für die Teilnehmer:innen verbunden. Durch die Unterfertigung der Teilnahmebedingungen erklärt der/die Teilnehmer:in, dass er/sie schwimmen kann, dass er/sie, falls ihm/ihr ein  Schaden entstehen oder er/sie sich verletzen sollte, weder gegenüber dem Veranstalter noch gegenüber den mit ihm verbundenen Gesellschaften Ersatzansprüche welcher Art auch immer geltend machen wird. Darüber hinaus bestätigt der/die Teilnehmer:in durch die Unterfertigung der Teilnahmebedingungen, dass er/sie über eine aufrechte persönliche Haftpflichtversicherung und eine aufrechte persönliche Freizeitunfallversicherung verfügt, die seine/ihre Teilnahme am Graz Freestyle 2021 abdeckt. Der/die Teilnehmer:in wird den  Veranstalter, den Kanu Club Graz und die mit ihm verbundenen Gesellschaften für alle Schäden schad- und klaglos halten, die ihnen aufgrund seiner/ihrer Teilnahme am Event entstehen. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Terms and Conditions: The participation in the Kajak Graz Freestyle 2021 holds a certain and uncertain risk to participants. By signing the Terms and Conditions, the participant manifests that he/she is able to swim, that he/she does not hold the organizer Kanu Club Graz or any associated companies responsible for damage caused to the participant or to his/her equipment and the participant will not ask for compensation of any kind. In addition, the participant manifests by signing the conditions of participation that he/she has an upright personal liability insurance and an upright personal leisure accident insurance that covers his/her participation in the event. The participant shall indemnify the organizer, the Kanu Club Graz and its affiliates and hold Kanu Club Graz free and harmless for all damages that may be caused by his/her participation in the Graz Freestyle 2021. *
