• Any Graduate (Post Graduates need not apply)
•  2019 & 2020 pass out batches.
•  Secured as min. First class (60% and above) in any of the 2  – 10th, +2 or Graduation.
•  Willing to be placed anywhere across Kerala.

Selection will be based on
1. Performance in the interview, Predictive Index test and RPAT Test
2. Valid documents (Education, Experience & Relieving, PAN & Aadhaar etc)
3. Medical examination and Physical fitness certification from the RIL doctor is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage & Coordinate activities for the smooth functioning at store
• Supervise the team and ensure that all activities are executed as per plan
• Implementation of processes as per SOPs laid down in Work Smart
• Ensure 100% adherence to POG , SOP and promo implementation
• Store is kept clean and hygienic
• Support SM towards reducing dump, shrink and losses
 
Pay Package:  2 Lakh  per Annum (CTC)
