Sponsors help keep over all costs of events low, so that we can:

    * Offer FREE attendance to the community!
    * Keep vending rates affordable to all
    * Ensure our volunteers are taken care of
    * Show community unity
    * Advertise events

About Guilds of Requiem, Inc.
We have been in the Bandera County Community since 2016. 2020 was the year of change as we converted to a nonprofit corporation with the State of Texas and then recognized by the IRS in 2022. And an amazing thing happened! The IRS backdated our nonprofit status to 2020! Our Mission Statement is summarized as:
  • Create Intentional Networks
  • Engage in Educational Activities
  • Assist the Communities We live in
As an organization that is purely nonprofit, we run on volunteers and donations.  To give back to the communities that helps us bring affordable and educational events to Bandera County, we have created several Sponsorship Levels

Sponsorship Levels for Events and Merchant's Monday

We have two different types of sponsorship.

  •  Be apart of our Merchant's Mondays Marketing Campaign, on a quarterly basis
  • Just sponsorship of an event.

Merchant's Monday
Our way of giving back to the community that supports us. These donations are used for business operations.

What is in it for you?

Upon expressing interest in Merchant's Monday we give you a post for "free" so that you can get an idea of the marketing we do. We now post on Facebook, IG, and Next Door. During that quarter, or next three months, we will work with you to insure we are giving a cohesive message that fits your business plan and marketing.
  • $100 - two additional posts
  • $250 - four additional posts
  • $500 - six additional posts and a link on the appropriate guilds website listing you as a Guilds of Requiem, Inc. sponsor/affiliate
  • $1000 - eight posts, a link on the primary Guilds of Requiem, Inc website, and a link on the appropriate guilds website listing you as a Guilds of Requiem, Inc. sponsor/affiliate
All sponsorships can be counted towards your taxes as a non-profit donation.
 
Event Sponsorship
Sponsoring an event insures that we can keep the event FREE to attend and low-cost to vend at.

What is in it for you?
All sponsorship levels include a 12' x 12' booth space to be used by your business for retail sales/services promotion, or the ability to donate that space to a local nonprofit for fundraising.

$100 donation
  • Two additional social media posts on Requiem's Events of Texas social media accounts plus our main social media account
  • Business name listed on any promotional material (date restrictions apply)
  • One additional social media post after the event thanking our sponsors
$250 donation
  • Three additional social media posts on Requiem's Events of Texas social media accounts plus our main social media account, and the sponsoring guilds/department's social media accounts
  • Business name and a small logo listed on any promotional materials (date restrictions apply)
  • One additional social media post after the event thanking our sponsors
  • Two additional social media posts after the event advertising your business/organization
$500 donation
  • Posting on Merchant's Monday leading up to the event, plus posting on Requiem's Events of Texas social media, and main GoR account
  • Usage of a trackable social media hashtag
  • Business name and medium logo on any promotional materials (date restrictions apply)
  • Displaying of your business banner at least one week prior to the event and the day of the event
  • One additional social media post after the event thanking our sponsors plus one additional Merchant's Monday post
  • Four additional social media posts after the event advertising your business/organization
$1000 donation 
  • Posting on Merchant's Monday leading up to the event, plus posting on Requiem's Events of Texas social media, main GoR account, and sponsoring guilds/department's social media account
  • Usage of a trackable social media hashtag
  • Business name and large logo on any promotional materials (date restrictions apply)
  • Displaying of your business banner at least one month prior to the event to one week after the event
  • Additional social media post after the event thanking our sponsors plus three additional Merchant's Monday posts
Other ways to support Guilds of Requiem, Inc and/or our events
We understand that sometimes a financial donation can be tricky.  Below are listed some of the other ways we could use help!
  • Volunteer at the event
As with any nonprofit, we are always in need of volunteers. We do aim to take care of our volunteers by offering food vouchers or a vending space. Ways to volunteer:
  • Assist with pre-event activities: venue cleanliness, event set-up, flyer runner (distributes flyers to area businesses), fundraising
  • During the Event: Mother's Den, First Aid Station (we do ask all volunteers for this be current in their First Aid/CPR certifications to know when a medical emergency is present, otherwise it is to insure cleanliness of the station, be knowledgeable of what OTC supplies are where, and to inform GoR staff of any weather related complaints), and event runners
  • After the event: event take-down and venue cleanliness
Other means of assisting:
  • Each of our Guest Services Stations come with supplies. If you would like to assist with stocking one of those services or otherwise adding value to that service, please let us know
  • Request a wish list of items needed to make an event happen
  • Provide item(s), or service(s), to raffle at events
