What is BOW SBC?
Duke's Association for Business Oriented Women (BOW) is proud to hold its annual signature event, the Spring Business Conference (SBC), that invites recognized business leaders in various industries from around the world to address BOW members, the Duke community, and beyond. In the past two years, the CMO of Cisco, Karen Walker, and the CEO and Chairman of General Motors, Mary Barra, have been our keynote speakers. Our past conferences have been able to bring together over 500 attendees from Duke University, the city of Durham, and many high schools and colleges from around North Carolina to empower and celebrate women’s leadership and success in a variety of industries.

*This year, SBC will focus on “Reaching New Heights,” featuring Joanne Smith, Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Delta, as keynote speaker.

When: 2/22, 12:15-4:00pm
Where: Penn Pavilion on Duke's West Campus
*Lunch included!!!
