Screening – You will need to have a 12-minute interview with the CD2 Nominations Committee if you are running for a CD2 Director position, a State DFL Committee position. You will be requested to screen via Zoom Sign-Up at: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090F45ABAF2FA2FB6-43248144-2024

Our CD2 Convention will be May 11th at 1 PM, Blackhawk Middle School, Eagan. You do not need to be present at the Convention to be elected to positions, but it is helpful if others are nominated from the floor.

Please note: The National Party Delegates must turn in the National Delegate Application (Certificate of Candidacy) at least two hours prior to the CD2 Convention and its vote. There are no exceptions. There are no interviews for National Delegate, but you may be asked to speak on floor if there are several for the given slots. Not all positions require previous DFL experience. You do not have to have previous DFL experience to run for positions.
