BALLOT SUMMARY: SHOULD THE CITY CHARTER BE AMENDED TO MODIFY THE COMPOSITION OF THE CITY COMMISSION FROM FIVE (5) DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS TO FOUR (4) DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS AND AN ELECTED MAYOR BY MARCH 2029 AND HOLD MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS DURING NOVEMBER GENERAL ELECTIONS STARTING NOVEMBER 2030? TERMS WILL BE SHORTENED AS NECESSARY TO ACCOMMODATE REDISTRICTING IN 2029 AND STAGGERED NOVEMBER ELECTIONS COMMENCING IN 2030.
