Weld Re-8 School District Interviewer Invitation
The Weld Re-8 School District is seeking volunteers to participate in the interviews of finalists for the position of Superintendent of Schools. Participants will need to be available for the following events:
  1. A two-hour interview training session to be held on April 14th, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and
  2. One full day of interviews on April 23rd, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM. A session lasting 60 minutes will be conducted with each interviewee. At the end of each interview, your team will complete a form listing the candidate’s strengths and any Item for the BOE to consider. This information will be  presented to the board of education for its consideration and will be given significant weight in its selection of the finalist(s) for the position.
TEAM
One interview team will consist of 3 School staff members, 3 Parent/Community members and two students. The team will consist of 8 members. If you would like to be considered, please complete the form by April 9th, 2025

Selected participants will be notified by April 11th, 2025. Individuals not selected will also be notified by this date also. We appreciate your interest and willingness to give of your time to assist in this process.
