2024 Celebrate Bastille Day SF Festival Vendor Registration 
Saturday, July 13th, 2024 - Starting at 11:00 am

Reserve your spot ASAP as spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, based on the date of your reservation. Deadline to pay your fees is May 31th, 2024. 

NEW VENUE! San Francisco Design Center Galleria - 101 Henry Adams Street in San Francisco
Indoor venue, no tent needed*

Load in: between 8:00 and 10:00 am
Load out: between 5:15 and 6:00 pm
You are responsible for bringing your tables and all the equipment you shall need for your space (including hand washing station for food vendors). Electricity will be limited but available on-site.
Free parking at the venue for ONE vehicle per booth.

*If you're a food vendor and need to cook/barbecue your food outdoors, you will need to bring your own tent. Please note that cooking methods using electricity indoors are preferred.

!Food Vendors! Additional fees will apply in order to receive your Temporary Food Facility permit from the San Francisco Department of Public Health; see question about TFF in the form below. Some food vendors will also need to get a Fire Permit from the San Francisco Fire Department.

We strive to be a zero waste event and, this year, we have a "Climate Change Mitigation" theme for the festival with several activities on sustainability for visitors. Please come with either compostable or fully recyclable serving dishes and utensils to support our Zero Waste goal.

HEALTH PERMIT: If you are a food vendor please select the corresponding risk level and make a note of the additional fees that you will need to pay to receive your Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit for the event. If you're not a food vendors, select "I'm not a food vendor."

- If food preparation is happening at your booth, you will need to have a hand-wash station setup. 
- Utensil washing stations would be required if you are using multi-use utensils (i.e. slicing, prepping, cooking).
FIRE PERMIT: If you are a food vendor with on-site cooking/hot food prep, you may need to get a special event permit from the San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) costing $95.

The need for a fire permit will be determined once your application is received; your final invoice will reflect all the fees due.
Does your booth require electricity? *
Electricity will be available on-site but limited; please make sure to indicate if you need some. You will be responsible for bringing your own extension cords and power strips if needed.
How would you like to pay your fee(s)? *
Payment will be needed by May 31st, 2024 to secure your spot.
I agree to support the Comite Officiel by making a contribution of 10% of my festival sales revenue made over $2,500 to help with expenses. Your contribution will be recognized as a donation and you will receive a receipt as the Comite Officiel is a 501(3)!
