Revision 10/23/21: Santa Clara County Covid-19 cases are under control and there is no major outbreak in nearby schools.  Starting from Session B (10/30) Books and Me Library has decided to change two Wonderful Art groups (WA61 and WA62) to person instructions.  Due to popularity, Preschool/Kindergarten Chinese class will open one more in person group on Sat 11:00am and Saturday Abacus will offer one more online group at 1:30pm.

Parents and students attending in person groups must be fully vaccinated if vaccines for their ages are available).  All patrons/students must wear a mask all the time in the building.  Please refer to the Books and Me Library Health and Safety Protocols below in the form for other rules.  If you cannot comply with the rules, please choose online groups (when available) or other class providers.

Before registration, please review class flyers on newsletter or www.booksandme.org to make sure you are registering the right group.  For questions, please email librarian@zhaoyu.org.

The enrichment classes and programs at Books and Me Library are only open to registered member families.  You will need a valid Books and Me Library card number to register classes.  If you don't have one yet or if you forgot your number please email librarian@zhaoyu.org to obtain your library card number before you proceed.

After you completed this registration form, you will receive a PayPal invoice for payment within two BUSINESS days.  Registration is NOT completed until you made the payment.  For online classes, Zoom links will be sent a couple days before first date of the class.

Class registration deadline is TWO DAYS BEFORE the first day of the class session (see flyers for specific dates).  Registration after the deadline will be automatically postponed for one week.  Or you can email librarian@zhaoyu.org to request for rush process within two business days.  If approved, a $10 rush fee will be charged per student per class session.
