We're so grateful that you have chosen to support the restoration of the Rose Garden Cafe in Graves Park with your fundraising! Thank you!

In order to help us promote and keep track of fundraising events, please can you fill out the below form with all the details you have available. 

If you need this form in an alternative format or language, please email RoseGardenFundraising@googlegroups.com who will be happy to help. However, please be aware this inbox is not monitored daily and a member of the group will get back to you as soon as they are able.

Once you have submitted your form, we'll review the information and be in touch if we need any further details. If everything is approved, we'll send you through a "Fundraising Approval Letter" which shows that you're an official fundraiser for the campaign!

Public Liability Insurance
There may be some Fundraising activities that require you to have Public Liability Insurance. 

Friends of Graves Park, Sheffield City Council and the Save the Rose Garden Cafe Campaign will not be held liable for any claims resulting from your Fundraising activities and we suggest you carefully investigate whether Public Liability Insurance is required. There are several short term policies available online for a relatively small cost if you do need Insurance.  If you are unsure whether you require it, please get in touch with us on RoseGardenFundraising@googlegroups.com and we will help you find out.
How are you planning to promote your Fundraising Activity or Event?
It will be useful for us to know if you are promoting your activity or event on social media, with posters put in local establishments, by speaking to local groups or in other ways so that we can support this activity.

If you are promoting on social media, please provide links to the accounts so that we can make sure to repost/tag/promote the relevant posts.
Do you have any photos we could use to help promote your activity or event?
We know that visuals can be very engaging for audiences. If you have any photos or images that you are happy for us to use (all consent from people within images for public use, must be gathered by you) to promote your activity or event on your behalf, please email them to RoseGardenFundraising@googlegroups.com with your Event/Activity name as you have stated above.
