Alliance PBS-HSA looks forward to continuing to provide your child with an exceptional education next year.

In order to best serve your child for 24-25 and to make sure we have the most up to date information for your family, please complete the entire form.  Please note that if you have more than once child in the school, we ask that you complete a form for each child.

If your child will return for the 2024-2025, please submit this re-enrollment packet by 2/23/24
If you are certain that your child will not return for the 2024-2025 school year, please call the main office by 2/23/24 - You do not need to complete this form.

Para poder servirle mejor y brindarle la experiencia de más alta calidad como miembros de la familia Alliance, ¡necesitamos actualizar la información de su hijo en el archivo!  Por favor note que si tiene mas de un hijo/a en la escuela, complete la forma para cada estudiante.

Si su hijo volverá para el año escolar 2024-2025, por favor devuelva este paquete a la oficina principal antes del 2/23/24.
Si esta cierto que su hijo no retornará en el año escolar 2024-2025, le pedimos que llame a la oficina antes del 2/23/24.   No necesita completar la forma.
