Daily Kiser/Jr. High Cafeteria Form for Remote online Learning.
This form is for ordering Grab and Go breakfasts and lunches while your child is at home during remote online learning or days that they do not meet in person.  All children from ages 0-18 are eligible.

This form has to be filled out by 12:00 p.m. the day before.  The Grab and Go Site is Clayton High School cafeteria from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.  

All meals are free of charge.  Please do NOT order meals for you child on days that they are attending class in the classroom.  They will be counted at school.  You can register more than one Kiser/Jr. HIgh student for this date.
