Every time you feel like a student or staff member does something awesome fill out this form. We will take these all into consideration with our decision for Student of the Month and our Golden Apple winner (teacher of the month). We announce the first Friday of every month, and will be decided the first Tuesday of the month by the administrative team. You must provide your student email for validity, but your nomination will be kept confidential.
