Power League Poll
I am looking for input from everyone about whether to play up in U16.  Deadline to register is next Friday; the sooner I can make the decision, the better.
Pros
-- More of a challenge
-- Our talent level is high enough to compete in upper flights (1-3)
-- Playing most U15s later when it counts will look and feel "slower"
-- Able to keep Sunday practices (Power League weeks), instead of back-to-back Wed/Thur practice weeks.  They would be lighter and shorter duration with recovery activities, video work, walkthroughs, etc.  
Cons
-- May not see success in the win column early on
-- Possibility of burnout by end of season - last year's team saw a lot improvement, but plateaued by April; albeit a less talented team.

Seeding Day - Sunday, January 5
PL 1 - Saturday, January 25
PL 2 - Saturday, February 8
PL 3 - Sunday, March 1
PL 4 - Saturday, April 4
