Spend the day with incredible people by a cozy fire in my Hood River home overlooking Mt Adams. Stretch and dance breaks, lunch and snacks provided (Let us know food preferences when you register, and Lulu the cat is also in attendance)

We utilize a powerful proven process including questions and exercises, visualization, journaling and rock star group energy to discover more together than we can alone. We get courageous, to let go of what's outdated, and dare to celebrate ourselves. We dream bigger and feel into who we are becoming for our life forward.

I provide a packet of detective work to complete to get the most from our precious day together and 3 follow up group sessions to follow through on your discoveries and intentions 

You'll leave inspired with key words, tools and visual reminders to anchor your shifts and remind you of your intentions throughout the year. (And maybe a few new amazing friends!) Plus, new last year, we will have quarterly 90 minute group gatherings to reconnect with our fellow retreaters and check in on how our bold steps are going via zoom!
