Dear Parents of Reception children in September 2020.
By the 16th April you should have received your offer for a place at Ashfield Primary in our Reception class for 2020.  Due to Coronavirus school closures, we may not be available to answer the telephone at the moment. Please therefore complete this form, so that we are able to begin to plan for your child's start to Reception at Ashfield Primary. We are looking forward to the start of your child's full-time school career with us!  Somebody from school will contact you shortly to follow up your responses, once they have been submitted.
