- Studio credit will be offered for any canceled bookings.
- Please note that refunds will not be provided for canceled bookings.
2. Postponement of Bookings: - In the event that you need to postpone your booking, a minimum of 48-hour notice is required.
- If the required notice is provided, studio credit will be offered for the postponed booking.
3. How to Notify Us: - Requests for postponement must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class.

4. Studio Credit Usage: - Studio credit can be applied towards future bookings.
- The credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from the date of the postponed booking.
5. Exceptions: - In case of emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your situation.
6. Failure to Provide Notice: - If the required 48-hour notice is not provided for a postponement, studio credit may not be offered.
