Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring adjustments to your bookings. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation of Bookings:
   - Studio credit will be offered for any canceled bookings.
   - Please note that refunds will not be provided for canceled bookings.

2. Postponement of Bookings:
   - In the event that you need to postpone your booking, a minimum of 48-hour notice is required.
   - If the required notice is provided, studio credit will be offered for the postponed booking.

3. How to Notify Us:
   - Requests for postponement must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class.
   - You can notify us by contacting our studio rental manager by email.

4. Studio Credit Usage:
   - Studio credit can be applied towards future bookings.
   - The credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from the date of the postponed booking.

5. Exceptions:
   - In case of emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your situation.

6. Failure to Provide Notice:
   - If the required 48-hour notice is not provided for a postponement, studio credit may not be offered.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. This policy enables us to maintain the quality of our services and accommodate the needs of all our valued clients. 1. Payment is required in full in advance.

2. Studio access is granted only upon full payment of the invoice.

3. The Renter is responsible for securing appropriate insurance for classes, rehearsals, and creating contracts for clients, guests, or rehearsal partners. Alternatively, they may waive this responsibility with the understanding that we are not liable.

4. The Renter must supervise all individuals accompanying them and must remain on the Premises at all times during their presence.

5. Any rentals involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age) must be under the supervision of responsible adults at all times within the Premises.

6. The Renter is responsible for ensuring safety precautions are taken by all participants on the Premises. The Fifth Dance is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or property damage. In the event of a critical incident, contact us immediately via TEXT or CALL at 647-746-5355 and, if necessary, call 911.

Violation of any provision of this Agreement or its associated Schedules by the Renter or any accompanying individuals grants The Fifth Dance the right to terminate this Agreement and all future bookings without refund.
